Session Format (2 Hours)
Hour 1: Dedicated Coaching
We focus on the fundamentals that move your game forward:

Serving/returns, dinks, drops, volleys
Simple patterns you can repeat under pressure
Hour 2: Guided Gameplay
You’ll play structured games with live feedback:
Where to stand, what shot to choose, and why
How to build points, not just “hit the ball back”
Controlled rotations so everyone gets reps
